My daughter was in DC last week. Due to camp "rushing" she bought wrong size sweatpants... called store and spoke w Freddy (he was awsome!!) Was able to send correct size pants to us in New York!!!He even offered to give full refund !!! (Already passed on smaller size to a cousin)No pun intended..... this shop is TRUELY HONEST and VERY customer oriented

I’m visiting from Texas, and stumbled upon this underground souvenir shop, it was super clean compared to other souvenir shops, very affordable prices, lots of variety, staff was very friendly and attentive, would definitely bring my friends next time.
