Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

We are happy to accept unworn or unused merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is due to a sizing preference, change of mind or another personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@abesgiftsdc.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. When applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
